Brady Sullivan from Baker Tilly delivered a very engaging talk on the topic of the importance of Business Analytics in Consulting on Friday, September 23rd. He underlined the importance of understanding the domain, identifying research questions, and data preprocessing before beginning with analyzing the data. He also showed examples of dashboards in Tableau to help decision makers monitor key organizational metrics. Students were inspired to see the many possibilities of making incisive plots to answer business questions.
